Return or Repair Exchange an item  

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (unless the item is faulty in anyway)please see faulty goods section, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a full/partial refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different style / colour if preferred - for exchanges the additional postage cost must be paid for by the customer. Some products are non-returnable; Products that have been customised or Personalised.

Please Note That any orders placed that are over 12 months old or older is excluded from any repair replacement or exchanges. 

All products that have not been personalised of custom made to your requirements should you wish to return an item for which ever reason Please read the following:

Please Email us with full details about the item & we shall reply to you within 24 hours with a return address
should you need It.

Buyers Are responsible for the return shipping of goods by a signed for method that is adequately insured to the value of the goods purchased.
you have seven working days to cancel a contract for goods ordered by telephone, mail order, internet, email or fax, except for those goods which are made to order.
Please note:

* The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
* The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless stated otherwise or we will reimburse you for the cost of the delivery depending on the terms.
* The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery.
* Any Replacement's due will take up to 7 working days (Monday to Friday)
Excludes Weekends
to be re-delivered back to you.

All authorized returned or exchanged products must be:

* unused, unopened and in original condition;
* undamaged,unmarked.
* must be notified promptly upon receiving your order and then returned
within [7] days of notification; and
* in a salable condition.
* Any Attempt to tamper with the inside of the product for sale
will affect your warranty and guarantee with us
* if we receive the goods marked with a '*' on our site back with any attempted evidence of tampering with any mechanisms or mechanical objects inside the item in general,
then the return/exchange will be deemed void and you will also be liable for the full cost of the return of that particular product in advance.

Damaged Goods

IcedRainbow Cannot be held responsible for damaged goods sent via royal mail.

  If damage occurs after being received and you need to get a refund and no longer want a replacement we suggest you make a claim with royal mail for damaged goods immediately and within 
  1 month of receiving them to allow you to claim for the right amount of compensation for the value of the goods purchased.

  you can go to the royal mail website and download a p58 form to allow you to submit a claim for damaged goods.
Any contact made to us by royal mail about the claim we will comply with royal mails investigation in order for you the customer to get a full reimbursement of your compensation for the goods that where damaged.

Faulty Goods
If a product is faulty due to wear and tear or misuse then we can only offer a repair as the first option
If the goods are not repairable then you will be offered a second option which will be a replacement.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods to report faulty goods.We will then require a photo before going any further so that we may examine the goods to save time and to save the consumer shipping the goods to us however if need be we will require the goods be sent back to us and a further inspection will be needed before we go any further, to determine if the goods have been misused or faulty because of wear and tear an independant Inspector will determine whether the goods are faulty because of misuse or wear and tear and then we will contact you in relation to what the next stage will be.

All Faults must be reported as soon as they occur or as soon as you notice them to determine what course of action needs to be taken to resolve the fault If faults are not reported within 48 hours of being noticed or as soon as they appear (Please don't leave it till 7 days have passed) , or are obvious then a refund will not be issued but a further replacement will be given unless otherwise stated or advised.

Custom made Items 

  Please be aware as we do not offer exchange or refund for change of mind on certain goods unless the item is faulty (but not for misuse if proven to have had any misuse or wear and tear), significantly different from what was shown to you, not doing what it is supposed to do, or where otherwise required by law.

By law and by the Sales of goods act
Only if one of your statutory rights is breached (i.e. that the item is damaged faulty and not caused by wear and tear or misuse) Then you can get a refund.
If however goods are returned to us and we find no fault with the item you will receive a replacement of goods.

Paypal Buyer Protection Information
PayPal Buyer Protection only applies to PayPal payments for certain tangible, physical goods that can be posted. Payments for the following are not eligible for reimbursement under PayPal Buyer Protection:

> custom made items 
> Services

Once Work Has Begun & payment received you have agreed for us to start work on your chosen custom made order.

Under the distance selling regulations consumer direct When you can't cancel:

You had the goods made to your specifications or personalised
(ie Custom Made).

Some Goods that we make here at icedrainbow headquarters that are exclusive goods made by us in the uk are unrivaled goods that have been made here in the uk,
and are value for money because the goods you order are coming from a uk sourced company or website that does not have a rival or competitor for the specific goods being sold

We reserve the right to change full or part or all of the returns or terms and conditions at any time.
